1. Eligibility

• The "Wildcatters PBR Challenge at the Oklahoma State Fair Giveaway" (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Oklahoma Wildcatters (the "Sponsor"), its partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• To enter, individuals must submit their entry by text message or by scanning the QR code provided at the Wildcatters PBR Challenge at the Oklahoma State Fair, taking place September 19–21, 2025.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

• The Contest begins on September 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 21, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on September 21, 2025, to be eligible.

4. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) winner will receive a one-year package of free TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) services from Gameday Men’s Health, valid only at Oklahoma locations (Gaillardia and Norman, OK).

• Second Prize (15 Winners): Five (5) winners will be selected per night (September 19, 20, and 21, 2025) to each receive one (1) TurtleBox Ranger. Total of fifteen (15) TurtleBox Rangers will be awarded.

• Instant Win Prize: All eligible entries will receive one (1) free event poster, redeemable at the event merchandise booth during the Wildcatters PBR Challenge, September 19–21, 2025, while supplies last. Limit one (1) poster per person.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners of the Grand Prize and Second Prize will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

• Winners will be notified by phone call and email. Each selected winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification to respond and claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

• All decisions by Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest are final and binding.

6. Odds of Winning

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Publicity Release

• By entering the Contest, participants grant the Oklahoma Wildcatters the right to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

• The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Oklahoma Sweepstakes Laws (Title 21, Chapter 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes).

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

• If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest.

9. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Oklahoma Wildcatters, its partners, and affiliates from any liability resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the Contest and notifying winners and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Contest.

11. Disputes

• Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts located in Oklahoma.

• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
